Return Eligibility & Conditions

• • Unused Products: You may return any unused item within 15 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Clearance Items: All clearance products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We offer free replacements or exchanges for unused products that arrive damaged or defective, reported within 15 days.
  • Non-Damaged Returns: If the return is not due to damage or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping and applicable restocking fees.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• • Pre-Owned Products: Used hookahs, bowls, and any other pre-owned accessories are non-returnable.
  • Opened or Unsealed Items: Products such as opened hookah tobacco, unsealed coal packs, or any item with a broken seal cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns.

• • Inspection: All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet return eligibility.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for return evaluation. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your bank account within 2–5 business days.
